Job Hunting: Tips for Finding that Dream Job

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

By Dana Kersey Job hunting is one of the toughest “jobs” out there! Manypeople get out of high school or college and begin theirsearch for their first career-oriented job. There are threesimple steps to follow to find a great job; they may seempretty obvious, but they are overlooked by hundreds ofpeople every day. First, know what you want to do. There are times when youmight settle temporarily for a job to make ends meet; butknow what you love and know what you’re eventually lookingto do. The clarity of your intentions will help focus yourjob search. Employers always want to know that you have goals, even ifthey also know that means you will move on from themsomeday. Having goals and dreams doesn’t make you lessdesirable for employers - they prefer to employ self-motivated people with goals and plans. Second, you need a smashing resume! Resume services canrun anywhere from $150 to $1,000. This may seem prettysteep, but if that resume is what leads to an interviewthat eventually gets you a $150,000 per year job, wouldn’tyou say the investment definitely paid off? In order to be sure that you get a quality resume, getrecommendations from friends. If they know someone good, you should probably hire them. However, if you must go withan unknown, be sure that the person you hire is a member ofthe Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW) oranother association. This membership binds them to acertain code of ethics. In addition, you can choose someone using Square Trade oranother seal of professionalism and quality; these types ofcompanies offer dispute resolution services. Finally, prepare for your interview. Learn as much aspossible about the companies where you will beinterviewing, and dress the part for success in theircompany when you go to the interview. In addition, befriendly toward the secretary when you’re making calls toset up your appointment and when you are waiting. They maynot determine whether you get to the job, but they candecide how comfortable the job will be for you. Once you are well prepared, you’ll be able to go in, speakintelligently, and sell yourself. Make sure the potentialemployer knows EXACTLY why you are the perfect person forthis job! Follow these steps and you’ll be on your way. Dana Kersey, internet publisher and counselor is a contributing writer for Fab U Jobs, offeringvaluable free information to help advance your career. Hoodia - Mysterious Legend or Weight Loss Breakthrough

Tuesday, December 18th, 2007

By Patricia Salamone Every two to three years a new “weight Loss” product that promises a fast and easy result arrives on the scene. 99% of which only work for 1% of the population or, as in some products don’t work for anyone. This year’s biggest star appears to be Hoodia Gordonii. By now you have seen Hoodia on the news, read about Hoodia in popular magazines and more-then-likely have been reading up on Hoodia. But exactly what is Hoodia and why all the hoopla? Hoodia, although not actually a cactus is part of the cactus likefamily. Hoodia in the wild, is found in the arid, southwestern part of Africa and grows from 2-3 feet tall. It has prickly spikes which must be scraped off to reveal the inner flesh. Hoodia or Xhoba, as it is called by the San people, contains a molecule called P57 that actually tricks the brain into believingthat you are full. Originally used by the San People to help quench thirst and stave off hunger during lean times, Hoodia now is being used by thousands worldwide to help control their weight by reducing hunger and cravings. So why is Hoodia so different from previous weight control products? Other then suppressing hunger, Hoodia currently has no other known side effects. No racing heart, no nausea, no diarrhea, no keeping you up late at night. Many Hoodia users find that they consume an average of 1,000 calories less per day. That’s an average daily calorie savings of 50%. With a pound of fat being 3,500 calories you can see that it only takes approximately 30 days to lose 10 pounds. No counting carbs, calories or purchasing special foods. You eat the foods you like, only less. Hoodia, is relatively inexpensive. Unlike previous products, Hoodia is affordable. Hoodia comes in several forms. There are pills, liquids, Coffee with Hoodia,Tea with Hoodia, chewy candy-like products and the list goes on. There is a Hoodia product to fit everyone’s personality. Are all Hoodia products alike?Absolutely not! Absolutely not! Absolutely not!I can’t stress that enough. Here is what you should look for in your Hoodia product. The Hoodia plant has many cousins, which although can be called Hoodia they do not have the appetite suppressant power of Hoodia Gordonii.Only choose a Hoodia product that is made from Hoodia Gordonii. Hoodia is now farmed in other areas of the world like China or Mexico.Only South African Hoodia Gordonii is premium Hoodia Gordonii. Read your product label.Does your Hoodia product contain binders and fillers? If so, you are paying for added ingredients and are getting less Hoodia. For maximum benefits you should be taking between 1,000 mgs - 3,000 mgs of Hoodia daily (1-3 grams). Check your product label to see how much Hoodia is in the product. If it’s only 300 mgs per capsule you will need approximately 10 capsules per day for its full effect. If you choose a capsule, liquid or tea product that has 1,000 mgs per serving you will only need 3 servings per day. Although this product may appear on the surface to be more expensive it is actually less expensive per day. Most people will feel Hoodia’s appetite suppressant qualities the first day but it may take 3-5 days to feel the maximum effect, so give your product time to work. In closing remember to choose a product that is pure South African Hoodia Gordonii, with no binders or fillers. Take 1-3 grams per day for maximum effect. And always check first with your physician or health care practitioner before taking Hoodia or any appetite suppressant product as you may have an underlying health condition or prescription medication that would prohibit its use.Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Follow the product label instructions and don’t use more then the recommended dosage. Also know that Hoodia products have not been evaluated by the FDA and therefore they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Since Hoodia can drastically curb your appetite be sure to use your calories wisely.Choose fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, drink plenty of water and take a good vitamin-mineral product. As a Hoodia fan, so far I have lost 28 pounds without being hungry or feeling deprived. For me, Hoodia is a weightloss breakthrough. Beauty Consultant Reveals Secrets to Beautiful Skin

Monday, December 17th, 2007

By Sheila Dicks If youre like many women you are confused about how to choose the proper skin care. Or maybe you have some knowledge of what is available but you are not sure what is a good choice for you. Cosmetics come in many forms and deciding which is good for you is often a matter of personal taste. However, in order to make a good decision here is some basic information that you should know. Cleansers: Are used to cleanse the skin of impurities and restore it to its natural oil balance. Types of Cleansers Soap: Almost everyone uses it. If you have dry or oily skin be sure your soap is helping correct the problem. Medicated soaps are meant for acne and problem skin, hypoallergenic soaps are meant for sensitive skin and there are drying soaps for oily skin and oily soaps for dry skin. If you have problem skin it is best to see a dermatologist. Liquid Cleansers: Are made for all types of skin. A good cleanser goes deep into the pores to loosen and lift excess oil and makeup. Creams: Are used for dry skin Pad Cleansers: Are thick wad of absorbent material and are good for touch ups throughout the day. Grains: Are coarse cleansers that are used for oily skin Refreshers: Are used to complete the cleansing process. They help tone; sooth and rehydrate the skin keep complexions clear and clean. Types of Refreshers: Astringents: Are meant for oily and normal skin types. They usually have alcohol as an ingredient that will stimulate the complexion and close the pores. This is not a product to use on dry skin. Toners: Are mild refreshers and are meant for normal and dry skin. Fresheners: Are recommended for dry, sensitive or problem skin. Moisturizers: Replenishes moisture and nourishes the skin. Types of Moisturizers: Moisturizers for normal skin: Helps maintain the moisture in normal skin. Moisturizers for dry skin: Helps restore skins natural moisture balance. Oil Control Moisturizers: Help control excess oil and prevent blemishes Emollients: Are rich creams suited for extra dry skin that replenishes the natural supply of the skins oil. This moisturizing cream forms a protective shield that minimizes moisture evaporation and allows increased hydration of dry areas. Masks: Exfoliates dead surface cells as it hydrates and moisturizes the skin. Types of Masks: Facial Masks for normal to dry skin: Help relax facial muscles and remove dry flaky skin. Facial Masks for oily skin: Refines skins texture and deep cleans to help control surface sebum. Pore Packs: Are designed to eliminate blackheads and reduce blemishes. Mostly used for oily skin. Foundation Protection: Foundation protects the skin by keeping moisture in and dirt out with the added benefit of a flawless finish. This is a step that some women skip because they dont quit know how to apply it and are not getting the right look. A couple of suggestions: make sure you have the type that is compatible with your complexion, test the color on your jaw line and it should be the same color as your complexion and make sure you have exfoliated (if not the foundation will show up as flaky). Types of Foundation: Full Coverage: used for normal to dry skin for extra hydration. Medium Coverage: used for normal to oily skin. Whatever your skin type take care of it by keeping it clean. Cleanse, tone and moisturize every morning and every night. Irregular or improper cleansing causes skin problems and makeup that is left on the skin will dull the skins surface; while oil and dead skin cells will clog the pores and cause blackheads. Are You Forgetting About Marketing?

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

By Biana Babinsky In the past issues we have discussed how passive income streams can help you make full time salary, without having to work full time. However, for your passive income streams strategy to be successful, you need one element to make that happen. This element is marketing. Your passive income streams are products that your customers buy. These are teleseminars, ebooks, manuals, lessons, web site memberships and many others. In addition to having great products, however, you also need to get buyers to purchase them. Without buyers you will not have streams of income - you will have products, but no revenue. This is why it is extremely important to keep working on creating your products, while having a working marketing plan for promoting them. Here are just a few marketing ideas that I have shared with my clients. Use them to turn your products into passive income streams: - Do market research before creating a new product. All of us have had product ideas that we loved. However, you don’t need to love you product - your customers do. If they don’t love them, or need it, no one is going to buy them. Save yourself time - do some informal (or formal!) market research before starting a new product. Your research will show whether your product will be the next or whether it is time to move on to the next idea. MarketingSalad.com, for example, was a response to many of my clients and potential clients who wanted to participate in online business coaching, but at much lower rates than I charge for one on one training. - Have a marketing plan in place before the product is ready. Even if your market research shows that your clients need the new product, think how you will promote beyond your clients. Start marketing before the product is ready; this will create the needed buzz to sell more products. - Keep marketing the product after it is done. Many times a business owner launches a new ebook, sends out a press release, posts about it in the newsletter, and moves on to the next product. Once you have a product, you have put your time into it; now you need to leverage the time spent and promote the product as much as you can. Your clients need to hear about a product 7 times on average, before making a purchase, so keep up your marketing to bring in more sales. - Learn about more online marketing techniques. Don’t use just one online marketing technique to promote your products. Using new and different techniques will help you reach many more potential customers, some of whom will purchase your products. Without marketing your products are just going to be sitting idle on your web site. Add marketing to turn the products into actual income streams for yourself and your business. What Kind Of Man Are You? Are You Being Coerced Into Masculinity?

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

By Christine Akiteng The emergence of the Pick-Up Artist Phenomenon has fueled anxiety over the quality and reliability of the masculinity displayed by men. When I first started as a Dating Coach a few years ago, all men wanted to know was how to attract a good woman and have a fulfilling relationship. Today 90% of the emails I receive are from men asking how they can increase their masculinity, become more of real men or pick-up very attractive women? Where did all this Real Men Craziness come from? What is driving millions of men to agonized hand wringing anxiety over their manhood? The male population as a whole is on a psychological task of creating a new masculine identity one that will reconcile their vision of how intimate relationships should be with how intimate relationships actually are, today. The problem is instead of showing men the ropes by helping them resolve their cognitive dissonance, a number of men apparently would prefer to show men how to get back at the womenfolk who they blame for making them feel like not real men: women who have laughed at them, scorned them and rejected them because they were not real men. This is what happens when self-loathing, sexually angry and victimized males have power. They will coerce other males into a narrow “blueprint” of Masculinity and definitions of “Real Manhood” by attaching specific traits to what it means to be a real man. Their own anger based, shame based, and fear based masculinity drives them to attempt to confine, limit, direct and keep other men in social inventions that serve the purposes of maintaining their new found power, ability to control and commercially exploit others. The creation of a masculine identity based on self-loathing, sexual rage and victimization one has suffered does not provide greater assertiveness, independence or self-determination. Instead it creates a dependency on something and someone outside of yourself to determine how one will live, relate and have sex. Men who achieve AUTHENTIC masculinity know who they are, what they stand for, and what their lives are about. They do not need the pressure from others to prove their masculinity nor do they have the need to manipulate, dominate, or control anyone. If you want to become authentically masculine, make it your mission to discover your own core uniqueness that is in each of us, one that is beyond all shame-based systems and relations of domination and submission, of dependence and desperation. This is not a task of wishful thinking, hesitation, indecisiveness, self-doubt and self-loathing but one that springs from a strong will and a refusal to give up. It is one of moving beyond everything that holds you back, beyond shame, beyond fear, beyond guilt, yes, and beyond a narrow-minded blueprint of masculinity, because this is where you will find the ability to create your own unique, whole masculinity one that can fully love a woman with self-abandon, passion and commitment About the Author: Christine Akiteng, Sexual Confidence/Dating Coach and author of ebook: The Art Of Seducing Out Of Fullness is internationally renowned for her UNIQUE and genuinely insightful outlook to what love is really about, what is there to learn about who we really are and what we can expect from our sexual relations. Her very powerful and practical “Fullness Approach” to dating and relationships and strong emphasis on “you don’t need to attract many men/Women, just the RIGHT ONE” has helped many single men and women develop greater capacity to attract the RIGHT man or woman and create fulfilling relationships… Christine’s websites: http://www.torontosnumber1datedoctor.com and http://www.theartofseducingoutoffullness.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Christine_Akiteng http://EzineArticles.com/?What-Kind-Of-Man-Are-You?-Are-You-Being-Coerced-Into-Masculinity?&id=409271 cheap phentermine without a prescription phentermine no prior prescription needed phentermine waterview pharmacy cheap phentermine without prescription

No Dollar, No Client?

Friday, December 14th, 2007

By Jeffery Glaze You are now a business owner, congratulations! You have everything you need right down to the business plan but one thing is missing. Customers. As you sit in the darkness of your living room at night, you wonder how you can afford to advertise and where. The next morning you drag out the Yellow Pages looking for a company that specializes in marketing or advertising, make the call and to your dismay the person that you speak to informs you of the prices for their services. They tell you that it will cost from several hundred dollars to as much as 15% of your total business. You have a little bit of money left from the loan that you obtained to get the business up and running, so you agree and set an appointment to meet later in the week. What is wrong with this scenario? Nothing if you have a lot of money to spend. The problem is that most small business owners have limited budgets to work with and expensive advertising campaigns are simply out of the question. So what is the alternative? Business-to-Business networking affords the small business owner an opportunity to reach hundreds if not thousands of prospects for very little cost. In fact, the small business owner who finds it easy to talk to others can benefit in a big way from simply getting together with other business people and talking about their business. Does this sound to good to be true? It is true. This phenomenon called Business Networking has spawned hundreds of networking organizations around the world. Each day, more and more business owners are finding clients and prospects at networking meetings or Chamber of Commerce meetings and spending very little needed cash to do so. Business networking is easier than cold calling, cheaper than advertising and is the fastest method available to build your business. If you are considering spending money on advertising, consider networking instead, or in conjunction with your advertising campaign. This will give you an opportunity to build the crucial relationships with prospects, converting them into customers that will refer their friends and business associates to you. South African Corn and Small Grains

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

By Lizel Salter South Africa has a very diverse rainfall, allowing many fruits, vegetables and crops to grow throughout the country, all year round. Crops are just one of South Africa’s most important production of food, not only to South Africans, but also the rest of Africa. Of South Africa’s total cultivated area (approximately 10 million hectors), around 36% is planted with maize and 21% has small grains. Oil seeds, sorghum, maize and small grains covers around two thirds of the total arable land. The most important grain crop for South Africa and the rest of Africa is maize. Maize is a dietary staple for humans, a source of livestock feed and is also used in the production of other foods. Maize is the largest locally produced field crop and is a great source of carbohydrates to both humans and animals. South Africans produce around 8 million metric tons of mealies per year (depending on the rainfall), consumes around 7.5 million metric tons and exports the surplus to countries like Lesotho and Swaziland. More than 600 million metric tons of maize is produced per year world-wide (varies every year). Maelies are cold-intolerant and therefor need to be planted during the spring season. Its root system is generally shallow, so the plant depends on soil moisture. Maelies are planted during the month of November in South Africa and harvested around March. Because maize is most sensitive to drought, you never know how the crop will do until you see how much it rains. The rains in the summer rainfall area only start around December, so it is difficult to predict if it will rain. Maize is planted before this time, so you have to hope and pray it rains. More than 50% of water in South Africa is used for agricultural purposes. Grain is the second most important crop and produced in the winter rainfall areas of Western Cape and summer rainfall areas of the North West, Northern Province and the Free State. Free State is currently the highest producer of grain but there are annual fluctuations. Western Cape is the most stable production area due to the more dependable rainfall. It is usually grown during the frost-free season. Sorghum is another very important grain for South Africa and is cultivated in the drier parts of the summer rainfall areas of Free State as well as in the North-West with yields often exceeding 200 000 tons. Sorghum is slender with leafy stems and grows up to 3 meters high on a variety of soils in areas with around 600 mm of rain per year. It is drought and heat tolerant and cultivated primarily for hay. An average temperature of around 25C produces maximum grain yields in a given year. Sorghum is native to Southern Africa and has been used since prehistoric times for food as well as brewing purposes. This is also used in packaging materials for sensitive equipment and is made into excellent wallboards for house building. Lucerne seed is also very important and is mainly produced in Oudtshoorn, De Rust and Douglas. Oudtshoorn alone is responsible for around 90% of the lucerne seed produced in South Africa today. Around 100 to 120 lucerne bales per hectare can be produced every three weeks, as long as enough water is available. Make sure lucerne is planted during the rainfall season. South Africa produces a large variety of crops, fruit and vegetables and is able to provide in their people’s needs, with enough remaining to export high quality produce to the international market. You Want Sex But… What Makes Women Want Sex?

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

By Jay Julio We’re human. We want sex. And we deserve great sex! But what makes women want sex? After all, for her to fulfill your needs, you first have to know how to fulfill her needs. Now, we know what makes us men want sex — and so do women. But few men know what makes women want sex. And guys who don’t understand why women want sex tend to be left in a poor position. Because women know what makes him want sex — while he doesn’t know what makes her want sex — she can use that power to manipulate him in to doing things that serve only her agenda. She can use his sex drive to victimize him. Money, favors, hang-out buddy, etc. And letting yourself fall victim to a woman’s agenda is the main way to make a woman NOT want sex, ironically. So what makes women want sex? Let’s take a closer look… The Kind Of Relationship YouEstablish Makes Women Want Sex Nice Guys tend to think that a relationship is what’s agreed on. When they have a girlfriend, then they HAVE a relationship. That’s when they get sex. They wait on the woman. But a relationship isn’t an end result, and there are no expected ‘benefits’. A relationship is a process. It’s ongoing and dynamic. You have a relationship with every woman you meet. But it’s the KIND of communication you choose to put into that relationship that determines whether a woman will want sex with you or not. So what makes women want sex? Establishing a specific kind of relationship, based on specific principles from the very BEGINNING of the relationship. If you’re dating a woman and she’s not giving you sex, there’s not much you can do directly. In fact, there’s nothing to do. The reason she’s not giving it is because of what has already BEEN done… how the relationship was established. It’s almost like building a business. You don’t create a product, put up a storefront, and expect to make money — unless you want to fail. Nope. What do you do? You focus mainly on building relationships. Then, when customers trust you, THEY decide to buy of their own free will. So what makes women want sex? Letting them decide. And how do you do that? First you have to become the kind of man women find attractive. You have to know what women want in men. Women want sex with certain types of men. But just because she wants it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. Women, generally, won’t initiate UNLESS you give them permission. And you give them permission by creating conflict. Conflict Arouses Women In today’s feminized world filled with Nice Guys, conflict is seen as unacceptable. Most guys will do just about anything to avoid it — even at the expense of the respect they feel they deserve. But men demand respect. And demanding that women pay you the respect you feel you deserve from them will create conflict naturally. Why? Women — especially very attractive women — are not only accustomed to men bending over backwards for them, they tend to expect it. Men disrespecting themselves to get her approval is NORMAL to her. When you refuse to be victimized by women, you create conflict as a side-effect. And most beautiful women don’t know how to respond to not having guys around their little finger. It actually sets them off balance. And what do you have on your hands? A conflict. And what makes women want sex begins in THAT conflict! That’s why, when you’ve learned how to stand up for yourself, not only do you start attracting more beautiful women, you don’t have to DO anything to attract them — you simply respect yourself by refusing to allow women (or anyone) to treat you disrespectfully. After all, why do women complain about jerks? Should be obvious. They create conflict because they refuse to conform to her agenda. So you’ve refused to be victimized and disrespected by a woman, you have a conflict on your hands… now what? What makes women want sex? How To Make That Conflict Physical Many guys still have this romantic idea in their head that they should “make love” to a woman… that they should be very delicate and sensitive. And that’s all great — in a relationship, on rare occasions. But to be blunt, women want untamed, carnal, passionate sex. There’s another word for it. And I think you know what it is. Ever seen “Legends of the Fall”? Remember that scene where the youngest brother asks Brad Pitt’s character for sex advice? What does he say? Watch it again if you’ve forgotten. His answers are dead on! When you have a conflict with a woman on your hands, her body starts taking over, her emotions become heated, and the tension starts to build. What she needs is release. And all you need to do now is allow the conflict to move toward a physical level. Then a woman can let go of her inhibitions and let her “sex nature” take over. Once the tension rises high enough, a woman will actually start getting physical with you. She has this energy building and she’s trying to release it aggressively on you. Ironically, the best thing to do is to try to stop her. Restrain her, physically if you have to. Hold her back as much as you can. It reminds me of trying to fend off a wild beast. The longer you do this, the higher the tension rises. And the higher the tension rises, the less inhibited she becomes. This is what makes women want sex in the moment, on the spot. Now you’re communicating with the inner sexual woman — not the logical thinking mind. And that’s the best way to set the stage for great sex… … create an interaction where there’s no ‘inner monologue’, but where you’re both in the moment, running on pure instinct. Then, when you think she can’t take the heat any longer, then let yourself go. Let your own instincts fully take over. So what makes women want sex? Really, just being a man with backbone. http://www.mens-dating-magazine.com for more articles succeeding with women and dating. Letting Go is Hard to Do: Reflections on Relationships

Monday, December 10th, 2007

By Amy Barnes You may remember all the good times you had, the special way you greeted each other. You close your eyes and you can almost feel him next to you. Former spouses or love partners can become larger than life. We tend to remember only the good. We put our former partner on a pedestal. No mere mortal could ever live up to those standards so we hold on to the past. You may dream that one day you will open the door and your former lover will be standing there pledging his undying love to you. Or your spouse may have died and you struggle with a feeling that you would betray your spouse if you were to fall in love. We may have made a promise consciously or unconsciously long ago to another that keeps us from letting go. Letting go is acknowledging the loss of many dreams including: growing old together or the loss of not having children or grandchildren together. Letting go requires us to face reality, to see both our ex and ourselves as we really are, our flaws, our imperfections, and our humanity. For many this is just too painful. Rebound relationships can be particularly hard to let go of. You met at a time when you were particularly vulnerable and somehow gave much of the job of your healing to your partner. When the rebound relationship fails you feel devastated. We often give the responsibility for our healing to a former spouse, our rebound relationship or another love partner. We may not be able to let go because its scary. Fear of the unknown. Fear of being lonely. Fear of not being able to take care of ourselves. Fear of never being loved again. Fear keeps us from moving on. Letting go requires facing these fears and taking charge of your own life. We also stay connected with our ex through anger, yelling, and blame. We keep going back to court. We deplete our energy by trying to get even and then instead of feeling better we feel even worse. Or we are angry at God that death cheated us out of the only one that has ever loved us. It is easier to let go if you work on other areas of your life. Do you have a good group of friends? Is your career going well? Do you have interests and hobbies that you enjoy? Do you take good care of yourself? Or do you invest your energy in the dead relationship instead of in yourself and in your future? Accept that you and your former lover partner will not get back together. Have faith in yourself. You possess everything you need for your own healing. If you feel stuck or that you will never get over this relationship then talk with friends or see a therapist. Discover what is keeping you from letting go, moving on and being able to create the love and relationships you want. It is possible to let go and move on and life can be even better on that other side. It can be safe to open your heart and love again. You cannot truly love again until you have let go. Sunday, December 9th, 2007

By Ray Kelly If you were going to travel to the other side of the world, youd need to plan it. I mean, youre not going to just book a seat on a plane, take off and just take it all as it comes. You need to plan your finances, organize time off from work, get a visa, book accommodation, the list goes on. Well, the same detail needs to be applied when youre trying to change your life. The best way to do this is to set goals. Goal-setting is used by all successful people. It gives them a plan of attack. It keeps them focused on the small things that must be done to achieve big dreams. It tells them precisely what they must do each day in order to succeed. I bet when youve tried to rid yourself of excess fat in the past youve just said Im going to lose 10kgs..Im going to exercise.and Im not going to eat fat, and that is your plan. This is why many people fail. They forget the details. To get the details, you must answer these questions: Well start with the first statement: Im going to lose 10kg. In what time frame? If you dont have much time then that will affect how much exercise you have to do. It will also affect how strict your diet must be. Q1. How much body fat do you need to lose? Q2. What is the time frame? (a realistic level is 0.5-1kg per week) Next, is the exercise. What type of exercise are you going to do? When are you going to do it? You cant achieve long-term success if you dont plan your exercise. Q3. What type of exercise are you going to do? Q4. What days will you do it? Q5. What time will you do it? Q6. Who will you do it with? Q7. Do you need to buy any equipment? Finally, your eating plan. You need to plan every single meal and snack. I know its takes time but you cant succeed without it. Remember, you not only have to avoid foods high in fat, but also foods high in sugar.Q8. What will you have for breakfast each morning? Q9. What will you have for lunch? Do you need to prepare it the night before? Q10. What will you have for dinner? Q11. Do you snack? What will you snack on? Each of these questions need to be answered if you wish to succeed. Sit down right now and do your list. Then you will have your detailed plan for successful fat loss! Ray Kelly has helped thousands of people achieve their weight loss goals.
